THE CHALLENGE
The client, a real estate business, needed to collect and manage property listing data at scale. Manual processes slowed the team down — pulling data from multiple sources, cleaning it, and uploading it into their database took hours. They needed a way to automate the entire process while ensuring the data was accurate, organized, and ready to use for their sales and marketing teams.
We designed a daily automation in n8n that connects with multiple sources, collects listing data, cleans it, and sends it directly into Airtable for real-time visualization and management. Every day, the flow runs automatically to extract and update the database without manual effort.
